Term and condition

• The rates may be adjust due to fuel price changes without notice
• Booking may be done via email , phone , fax with written confirmation from Pigmy Bali Diving staff
• Minimum booking is 2 persons
• Advance payment is required and Pigmy Bali Diving team will reconfirm as soon as payment has been made
• Payment can be done by online ( Paypal , bali.tauchen@gmail.com ) or transfer to our Bank account ( Full amount.)
• Cancellations ( Cancellation fees are to be determined for each program individually ) :
  * Have to be done in written form and confirmed by Pigmy Bali Diving staff
  * 14 days prior departure : no cancellation fee
  * 7 days prior departure : 50%
  * 2 days prior departure and No show : 100%
• Special cancellation condition for yachts & Sailing Catamaran:
  * Above 14 days prior to sailing 30 % of the total amount.
  * 5 – 10 days prior to sailing 50% of the total amount
  * 5 days up to one day prior to sailing 100% of the total amount
• Pigmy Bali Diving reserve the rights to substitutes a boat with similar standard, reschedule or cancel and or change the dive destination / activity due to weather condition for safety reason
